Water Damage on Ceiling and Walls in Residential Home
In the before picture, you see that ERI had removed the ceiling because of EPA standards for homes built before 1974. After the removal, our techs cleaned the area and our construction team came in to hang the drywall, mud and tape and to give the wall texture to match existing. After the mud was dry, our construction crew primed the new drywall with PVA primer to seal the mud, then proceeded to paint the walls corner-to-corner with 2 coats for full coverage. In the after photo, you cannot even tell that the entire ceiling was removed and that the walls were damaged!
