Previous leak from HVAC, mold on closet and carpet in Los Gatos, CA

The background of this job was that an air conditioning unit leaked and there was microbial growth(mold) behind it in the AC closet. The project manager determined that they will need to remove drywall 4' from base and in the hallway about 40 ft.² of carpet pad and carpet. After SERVPRO performed the mold remediation work which included spraying the affected areas with an anti-microbial agent and cutting out the affected drywall, our in-house construction team installed new drywall, mud and taped new, textured, and prepared the walls to be primed then painted (not seen in picture).
