Mold Remediation - interior closet

Here we have a picture of a water heater in a closet that failed in a 1st story home. Our techs monitored the water damaged areas daily, removed part of sheet rock that was wet to prevent mold from spreading. They then sprayed with an anti-microbial cleaning agent to prevent mold, wiped it down, reset drying equipment. They then put back insulation, put back sheer wall piece. Put up brand new sheet rock, corner bead, taped and mud the seams. The next step is for the wall to be textured, primed and painted and will be "Like it never even happened."
