Flood damage in Los Gatos, CA

A pipe burst under kitchen sink. Flood in residential home affected Kitchen, dining room, family room and kitchen cabinets. Hardwood and carpet flooring were also affected. As you can see in the before photo, water was pooled up in dining room and went into kitchen and family room. Our techs responded asap to soak up water. Then came the removal of the carpet pad, tack strips and baseboard in the living and dining room. The after photo shows the removal of the hardwood flooring that has water damage and the toe kicks were removed in the kitchen as well. Not pictured - but the construction team came in after to install flooring, cabinet base, toe kicks, baseboard etc.
